  • crow vs hawk

It might have been a falcon or a hawk. But you get this gist of the size. About the same as the crow. You know how crows like to bomb birds of prey? Try to chase them away? As I was leaving to go get my supplies for making mash this morning I watched the crows do this to the hawk.
The hawk landed in a tree.
One brazen crow did his thing.
The hawk took off after the crow!
There was nothing that crow could do to shake the hawk either. That hawk was right on the crow's tail for about 2 minutes. Inches away. I would say that the hawk could have had the crow at any point in time and that may have been the point it was making too.
That particular crow did not return.
I think it went off to change its under ware.

Yea Hawks tend to be able to do that. If a crow or another bird is able to get above them.. they get kind of brave and dive bomb the Hawk or Falcon.. But.. if the Raptor gets one in their sites... look out, possible meal time IF they are hungry.. if not they will just give chase and then let them go

Fun to watch though aint it!!
As Always Welcome to the Family known as The Parrot Board!
    Thanks!!
